Firstly, Livetiles only reports on ARR from clients that they locked in for at minimum 1 year contract.

Secondly, maybe have a look at Livetiles trailing cash receipts. They should hit close to 15 million end of quarter ie June 30. What was their ARR at June 30? Surprise surprise 15 million.

Thirdly, ARR is in fact subscription revenue whereby Livetiles doesn’t need to sell new product to reveal new revenue, very powerful. Livetiles can essentially maintain their revenue stream while expanding their product and growing their client base.

And the fourth point point and possibly the most important point is that large multinational companies, such as Pepsi, are still with Livetiles not only because of their great product but also because their intranet is now deeply embedded with Livetiles that it’s easier for them to work with Livetiles to advance their offering than to change to a substitute.
