    tell me what do you think the difference is between 'committed' ARR and 'contracted' ARR


    I notice that management use the former

    do you think it includes those customers that are on the free trial from memory these customers are excluded from churn if they do not proceed

    do you think it artificially inflates the retention metric to exclude trial customers
