Come execution time does this execution result in growth? If yes, leave the shares alone. The SP is consistently being manipulated day in and day out. Staff in all positions will be replaced over time(so long as those in senior positions are not being replaced on a daily than it's fine). As a long term holder in 8 different companies I have followed this 1 simple rule. DYOR, see if there is a gap in the market and see if positive uptake happens. If so ur onto a winner.
