I have followed Sigma for sometime now. . .. I beleive it is where it is because of a major holder, Arrow Group I think selling out. There would be some over hang perhaps. Also I recall at the time of the sell down their was some concern as to why this was happening. Why would they sell out of a supposed strategic long term holding.

SIP have acquired more customers from API. However I am lead to beleive the sector is very competitve with margins very slim indeed.

To me Sigma is a long term hold. I would not be epecting share price increases of 25% every year though.
