I think the share price would have seen more upside if Trafford had announced a pro rata arrangement for the Ironclad ipo,as without it the is no real incentive to buy more trafford to get a larger holding of Ironclad. So I think people are selling down to get money to buy ironclad much to the detriment of the share price and holding onto maybe 500 shares to entitle them to ironclad
