Well you cant blame buyers for not being interested. Look at the hotcopper feed. Full of negative incentives. This announcement might not be the be all of ends but it was the first move in the right direction and everyone is beating it down. You cant have the SP go up if your bagging the company. Should be 10c by now. Will be back to 5c by the end of the week at this rate. up talk brings SP up, down talk brings it down!!
