Let me first clarify a very obvious error in your post (which maybe more research may have been required on your behalf), the options were not given to Directors, they were given to a long standing senior employee who has been instrumental in the development of the technology and progress of the companies technology to market in India, UK, Australia and Singapore in CY2019. The Directors are supported by more than just a single shareholder and if you don't like the company, where it is headed and its very bright future, then sell your stock....will be happy to buy it from you.
