RRS appears to have not much downside risk but plenty of upside. still a speccie though and a fair bit of soverign risk with this stock . One thing going for RRS is that one of its bord members is an adviser to the president of the area that they are looking to mine. If RRS can pull of a JV with one of the majors we are looking at a significant rise in the share price. Not for the faint hearted this one
