Seeing as how Cole isn't bashing FAR anymore
and Cath has actually made some comments about the
P/E makes me think WPL are pretty worried and have made a poor offer to shut FAR and FAR has turned them waiting for a much better offer which will get made very shortly before the results of the case are handed down
