If you like it's a push/pull thing, is it easier to push a bunch of material down a pipe in hope, or create a vacuum/demand to draw it through?

Reality is there has been absolutely NO shortage of low cost REO for most of this decade to load the pipe, simply China filled the vacuum at the other end first & cheap.

Plenty of "consulting" going down, Q is anybody listening to commercial realities?

Reason to believe both sides of the Atlantic have had a wake up call here after years of complacency & long lunches, maybe the fact Chinese mag makers will now only write less than "life of model" contracts pause for thought, regardless the first imperative for Govt's is a level playing or any subsidies will be pissing in the wind.
