Looking at Gaps is fine but also look at history. The stock was stuck at AUD 1.50 ~ 1.75 for most of CY 2019 Q1. Then wess made an offer and prices went to AUd 2.15~ 2.25. Then XI did the plant tour and implied he was going to use REO in TW. REO prices rose dramatically . Stock hit AUD 3.00+ and stayed in the High 2.xx range. Now Wess has with drawn offer. It is clear REO will not be used in TW. NDPR has fallen to lowest price since April 2017. Do you think old floors and ceilings still apply? JMO I think they no longer apply and figuring out what has changed is far more important. .
