perfect for the buyer it would be a steal at this price even with a weighted premium. Full value would not be achieved with a takeover and I have been concerned that an opportunistic play for the company could occur. There is 100 million of oil so far found let alone the ten year plus gas producing wells and only on a small fraction of their acreage.
