Sinomine is our 3rd biggest and a loyal share holder with 20'833'334 shares, a 7,29% stake.
Sinomine bought in early 2018 16'666'667 shares worth 10'000'000 AUD. That is 0.60 AUD per share and they held this position till the latest 0.05 AUD rights share offer.
They believe in PSC and support us. They took all of their rights, 4'166'667 shares at 0.05 AUD worth 208'333 AUD.
So, now Sinomine holds 20'833'334 shares and has invested in total 10'208'333 AUD so far. They have averaged down from 0.60 AUD to 0.49 AUD through this.
And, they are still fully committed to support us. US$10m funding commitment from offtake partner Sinomine on placement of ball mill.

Whatever happens in the short future with the Uranium One/Renaissance Capital deal/offer I personally think Sinomine will never accept a deal under 0.50 AUD.

The Pitt Street Research valuation range for PSC from 5 November 2019 was at A$0.44 per share base case and A$0.93 per share optimistic case.
Since our NPV was increased by 39%, their new valuation range would be from A$0.61 to A$1.29.

Since the Frankfurt FRA:5E8 dual listing in fall 2019 there was very little trading there, almost none. After the Uranium One/Renaissance Capital announcement last week, that got a lot of attention and interest in Europe. The first big jump was on the 09th of July with almost 2 Mio. shares, worth 117'206 EUR. And this changed a lot. To create a similar %-jump upwards of 35% next day to 0.081 EUR per share it only needed 22'775 EUR (294'502 shares).

Right now, as I am writting, the share price jumped 59,26% up to 0.129 EUR with only 6'898 EUR (54'500 shares) invested whithin the first trading hour in Frankfurt.

And look at this, great to see us in the pole position.
