Most of these guys do selective research .. probably an oversight, not deliberate. For him to spend so much time on WHE is impressive ... many others just got a few lines.
But, most important is his conclusion:
Investment Perspective: WHE is making rapid progress ...... WHE will soon be elevated to the prospective producer category ..... It now has US investor support ...... It should continue to be a leader of the pack.
Pretty good stuff despite the "oversight" .. the market agrees
