Remembering, of course, that this product is predominately currently aimed at projects, rather than consumer level. Electricians don't make those decisions anyway. The people that do are au fait with this type of occurrence within projects and the considerations go beyond whether there was once a problem identified and addressed. How well it is addressed, however, would certainly be a key consideration in future decisions. If Quantify are going by the right processes and being transparent with progress and resolution paths then that can actually instill confidence in a vendor.
