    Can someone explain the share price please?

    pre reconciliation $1.4

    post reconciliation $3.4

    yet the reconciliation turned 5 shares to 4 shares.

    therefore a valuation post reconciliation of $1.75 should be the going rate. Assuming the share worth $1.4 Was absorbed into the price of the other shares.

    so why the price of $3.42?

    seems unreasonable??
