There are two elements that will drive the SP higher. Firstly a return to normal levels of employees trading up to a new car rather than novated lease extensions. I think this will play out over the next 18 months.
The second element is in M&A which was a key driver of EPS growth in the 4 years prior to FY’20.
The big M&A opportunity is a merger with MMS. This will create great economies of scale, particularly in funding and leveraging IT systems.
