Before anyone comments on my motives for saying that ... my opinion is this stock is well worth holding.
My comment is inspired by the experience of a very skilled engineer that i knew ... he came up with a few innovative ideas ... early solar stuff, ag equipment and tiny home building ... the guy was prolificHe developed them and made a bit of money doing so.
A few people (and me many times) asked him about patents and although he certainly had the admin skills to obtain them ... he maintained that they were effectively unenforceable outside Oz for all but big multi-nationals.His strategy ... develop the idea take the proceeds of early start ... but then start thinking about the next iteration or the next project.
And as for the protection offered by ''top secret'' ... are we talking about the US? I think there may have been something in the news about that recently ...
