doubt that budget is an issue as they have had plenty of cash. According to Ord Minnett ALK can fund 60,000m estimated to cost $15m pa and until recently they were running about half that but this month they have added an RC and an AC drill. I won't be surprised to see them add another DD late this year. With POG high they may be able to fund more than $15m pa.
