I see ALK has been recruiting at all levels recently. Mostly mining roles at Tomingley but this one just appeared as well:

We are seeking graduate and junior geologists to join our regional exploration team to play key roles in the Company’s exploration activities. Currently two major drilling campaigns are being undertaken – one campaign is at the San Antonio and Roswell deposits just south of the Tomingley Gold Mine and a second campaign is within the Northern Molong Porphyry Project following the discovery at Boda of significant porphyry style gold-copper mineralisation that Alkane is confident has the potential to be a tier one gold-copper mining project.
