Others bought into ALK. for the DZP.
At a point in 2020 the DZP was spun out and ASM was demergered from ALK, holders were awarded 1 ASM fo5 ALK.
BOTH have common directors.
BOTH are extremly well managed, Shareholders wipl agree with me that they under commit & Over deliver.
