To be fair on them in the last 12 months all commodities are up by a lot and that triggered more exploration so volumes are up as well but these people (Labs) should know how long it takes to assay cores. Yes they can be wrong by few days but when they are wrong by over 4 weeks it simply reeks of incompetence and laziness. They should know how much work they have, how long it takes to assays and should have schedules.

It seems there is no schedule and whoever pays more (starts to look that way) will get their results first which creates 2 tier system - you pay more you get to jump the cue, you pay normal price you wait an eternity unless you get the message and pay more. Otherwise how on earth they can't forecast how long it will take. They should know how many other cores they need to assay before my cores are in line to be assayed, they know how long it takes, add another day or two for unforeseen delays and you get reasonably close forecast.
And as I said, fine to be few days late but if one look at all explorers and will find all are facing with same problem - none of them any longer can give rough timeline how long it will take to get the results. And all are very reluctant to say what they want to say but one can easily read between the lines that there is frustration.

I've been investing in exploration companies for over 20 years and I've never seen anything like this before. During 2020 I accepted the delays as covid was rampant and Labs had to take precautions. I even argued with people who were going WTF?? is going on why it takes so long.
In South America as well as Central and North America probably still is the case but here there is no excuse for our Labs - not for what has been going on last ~8 months when we were virus free and not one Lab could provide forecast how long they will take to assay core samples.

Imagine you take your car for service and they tell you - leave it and we will call you when ready. You ask if they can give you rough estimate when and you get an answer like "in the next 3-4 days" and then you call in 3-4 days only to be told "next 3-4 days" and then you call in 3-4 days and you are told "3-4 days" and you...

Even listening to Nic one can tell he was not happy but at same time was not keen to be critical. The bit when he said he excepted to have more results for the Noosa preso.
