Copper will be a definite and real economic contributor to ALK's Boda prospect (if it proves up like we think it will). Porphyry systems are very very large systems and hence they take a while to prove up and when they do they are more about scale than grade. Look up "Boda Porphry" on Youtube to see NE and IC discuss a few weeks ago.

I also like (and hold) SVY which is also a porphyry system but looks to be more copper less gold.

Please note these are both great prospects but not currently copper producers right now and so carry more risk although with more upside. If you want more main stream, straight out copper exposure, go find a currently producing copper major mine (which isn't my bag). I hold ALK because its gold economics prove up without Boda, profitable free cashflow etc, and so I have "speculative" Boda upside for free both gold and copper. I also think we have an outstanding and proven BoD.

I cant stress enough the DYOR acronym - you see it all the time but its important - do your own research. I was a newbie in this sector until 3 years ago, and enjoy the continual learning curve. When you research it yourself you have more confidence in your decision making which serves you well in the peaks and troughs of the resource sector. AIMHO
