Hmmmm? Interesting words, well put. I think I have a grasp of how you were explaining all. I know one thing in my simplistic Bush Bunny analogy. Our Govt and the Reserve Bank are complete idiots with their interest rate policies implemented in the last 15 years or so to stave off "recessions" with growth by reducing interest rates. The central bank in the US did the same. Utter madness. They have painted themselves into a corner with low interest rates and as you say - without a plan for the future. Looking a TV reports this morning on the ridiculous property prices on the NSW Central Coast and W.A. etc they will have young couples trying to start out hanging themselves from trees paying massive house rentals and no foreseeable future with home ownership. Fair dinkum, we have been governed by fools from all sides of the ledger.....
