Yes I agree, Silex could sell off it's remaining interest in GLE, That is partly why I don't think Cameco would know the full Silex process, there are many moving parts and yes the workers would know that but as for the Laser process I suspect very few would be privvy to that . only Silex would know and only a select few at that! I suspect the ownership going from GEH to Silex/Cameco would have changed in who knows what IMHO when GEH let Cameco and Silex have it back for a price, if a US company got hold of some of it it would help as far as being more suited to the US, but they wont be given the silex process, just the rights to use it is the way I see it, and any other silex process that use the technology will be protected by the same ownership of the technology itself regardless of who holds the right to use it.
