I have heard it called "Di-worseification" but seriously it is just a weighing factor where a certain amount of money is placed in another area, banks etc and a certain amount in energy and a certain amount into shipping etc, etc and so forth, supposedly giving you a better spread of your shares, whether that is the case or whether that is just averaging I don't really know? maybe one real good investment ad you could be far better off, but it could be riskier!
DCF,s are useless unless you have all the relevant inputs.
