Yeah, maybe the problem with a loan guarantee is that a successful pilot plant program is needed to add weight to the application for it.We will see what happens. I wonder if there is any merit in getting an approval in the Democrats first term.Anyway I can't see the pilot plant being a huge cost if it is a matter of adapting the test loop. Sounds like they are building it with the labour at hand. MG may have to put a slab and some snags on one weekend if they plan to ramp up.
