Spot on WP, the only thing I would add is coal or nuclear will be needed until fusion energy is perfected and that could be a very long time or never. Renewables are a distraction to make the wealthy first world populous feel like they are doing something to help the environment, when in fact it is having the reverse effect and they are delaying the only economically viable carbon free energy source, Nuclear Power. Anyone that has concerns about nuclear waste need to study the Finnish waste storage system.
