I suspect those who have sold in expectation that their SPP take up will refill their treasure chest will be sadly mistaken. With $7m cap raise, even if only those shareholders with >10,000 shares (based on last annual report) apply for their $30,000 worth, most will be cut back by 50% or more - If smaller shareholders apply we may only get a few shares each. Should have topped up to the max at under $1.
But key technical milestone that raised my hopes was announcement of commercially viable scaling up of laser systems. Hence happy to buy up more now. Perhaps others will feel the same and keep the share price trend in the positive direction until the next announcement.
