I think probably lucky that $100m was raised in the placement - I would suspect that at these market prices the SPP will be a flop and will have to cut back on expenditures, The presentation showed uses of funds as:
I would guess that they may have to cut back a bit (or get funds from someone else) for the $28m allocated for ZS Si and medical isotopes - would expect the other two items of expenditure ($40m & $86m) to be tied up in agreements with Cameco and expectation of US government funding. Other possibility is another CR when (and if) DoE funding is committed or a loan from Cameco.
