Obviously Centrus' greater dependence on Russian raw materials is something that the market would have already been aware of for a long time. My experience with these sort of sudden mysterious share price divergences between companies that should theoretically track each other reasonably closely is that there is usually something that isn't common knowledge that comes to light some time well afterwards.
Either something that is internal to one or both of the companies, or it is something regulatory.
