As long as there is no dividend then the broker will continue to play with the SP bringing it down using a few shares at a time which makes the SP fall one or two cents, as soon as Cameco buy the extra percentage they say they want when the testing is complete and successful Silex will pay a divvy then, watch the SP gather steam then, there will be a PE set and they (the bokers) won't be able to play with it as much.
