SLX have stated that the PLEF will produce 5mlbs/yr of natural (i.e 0.71%) U3O8 (as UF6) at an all in sustaining cost of US$30/lb. The spot price is currently about US$85/lb as U3O8 BUT with a premium of about US$40/Kg (i.e ~US$18/lb) for UF6. So currently (on spot) GLE would get US$85 + US$18/lb = US$103/lb with an all in sustaining costs (AISC) of US$30/lb. for natural uranium as UF6. Note that all in sustaining costs are NOT all the costs (capex, research, interest etc are extra costs not in AISC).
To get to LEU (as UF6) they need to expend additional costs (currently the market price (not the cost) is about US$86/SWU) which according to the Urenco calculator a lb at 4.85% 235U (with a tails assay of 0.23%) requires 3.6 SWU but for every lb of 4.85% LEU (as UF6) to produce a lb of 4.85% LEU (as UF6) you require 9.6lbs of natural uranium feedstock.
