I agree with M in that capital raising may not be an issue. I would imagine that future capital needs were the reason behind the option for Cameco to pick up that extra 25% of GLE "at fair market value"
Although what it will cost to convert the test loop to a full scale pilot plant has not been fully disclosed. I'm hoping it's a "drop in the bucket" or something that's doable with remaining capital.

I dont think MG talking things up is required. The US nuclear fuel market and disclosures around that may be what drives the share price in the shorter term.
