If there is an attempt at a takeover coming, then they will have to show their hand soon enough, once they reach a certain holding percentage they have to declare their position and if they want the rest they will have to offer a decent price if they want to be successful at getting the rest and then they will have to reach a certain limit before they could ever force a sale, not sure here, but I believe it has to be around 80% acceptance before the rest of the shares can be compulsorily bought, before the last cap raise the top twenty owned around 44% and number one owned 29% or something like that, I haven't see the top twenty list after the last cap raise, be interesting to see who is on it, could it be the Bank of America nominees?
