The risky bit will getting the NRC approvals (for PLEF) for commercial production at the PLEF in 2028 as others have said the NRC is proud of it's reputation for being about the world's most pedantic regulator. What most investors under estimate is the ability for Silex technology to scavenge the last bit of 235U out of the tails feedstock. No doubt the Silex technology will also improve (i.e the AISC go down) with experience and innovation once production starts.
