1. The offer should have been written attractively. I believe that's hundred millions dollar proposal and should not be written by a student like me.
2. It's likely 10% top up and only 3% to go and may reach top 2744 ? But idk, how could I read their mind?
3. I think this offer is already generous so hopefully management is not that ridiculous and seller is not greedy. It's already a big win win situation.
4. Now if we put ourself to those big boys feet who have lots of risk and 50%, should this fail, big fees and angry birds may be everywhere.
Again, just quick few mins thoughts, but idk, should be wrong.
