Just a couple of things to consider:
1. Anglo American AGM is 30 April 2024 - there may be some interesting questioning and commentary at and around the meeting - stay tuned!
2. BHP has so-far offered only its own shares (about 900 million I think - must check!) plus AAL shareholders get to keep SA Iron ore and Palladium assets - it could add around AUD$6 Billion in cash to increase the offer and sweeten it by about 10% - well within financial/borrowing capacity
