Think your sequence is preposterous! No business would say that they will repay $4B in 12 months! The contract would have said they will need to REFINANCE the loan at the end of 12 months - not repay it!
Wasted too much time on your BS - if you can't figure it out sell your Centro shares - if indeed you have any at all!
