I wouldn't read much into it. Liquidity will start to dry up on GWR and the SP will fluctuate.
The reason being is that FAS wont trade their 33% and a lot more pro/anti takeover people are sitting on theirs as well.
As FAS increases their holding, the liquidity will diminish even further.
I wouldn't expect any major increase in SP over the short term.
IMO the SP will go nowhere until the takeover is complete.
