Question for more experienced share market peeps than me- if a takeover offer was announced, for say $40.00 per share, then I presume that would be one of the biggest catalysts for share price increases there would be? Then what if neuren said no to the TO, as it was too low- what happens then? Basically I'm saying a takeover offer would dwarf all other news, depending on offer amount? and if refused as not good enough, share price consolidates at a much higher price??
