IF a takeover is in the pipeline then I would expect to see continual suppression of the SP, as has been the case lately , over the next 12 months. Say a takeover premium of 180% comes and I see us no more than between $20-$22 in that period of time. I would expect to see a takeover offer somewhere around $40. Not what I would call outstanding by any means Mind you in saying that , the average takeover premium on the ASX is 33%
