My opinion (wouldn't have a clue about the T/O price, except to say it is coming).
We have been right, royally played since the PMS result. The $26 had to be brought under control - and it was. A gradual decline to $23 or so, then the big softener up - the Culper mongrels made sure of that -who backed it? Down below $19 with a gradual recovery to $20 something. Then PHS gave us a spike that was very short lived - incredible 3 days up to $24 then straight back down below $20. (Who said that was normal?)
That is where 'they' want us. Likely to happen again in a few weeks time when AS result comes in. (I don't expect any $24-25 to last). Back to where they want it.
Then comes the first T/O offer. Take a stab at around $40.
Fun and games ahead.
