I am also a TLX holder. It is a bit ridiculous but the decision to cancel the listing makes the most sense and I am glad the SP has held up as a result.
In the case of NEU, we're not that far off value screens based on our actual results for last year, let alone the fact we're in the early stages of growth with lots in the pipeline. According to Morningstar we're currently at a 11.56x EBIT (Earnings before earnings interest and tax) our EBITDA is the same which makes sense (little assets) - and the IPO mentioned above investors are willing to pay 30-50x forward EBITDA.
