Not talking about conspiracy, simply share price suppression (manipulation) via interested party(ies) because they can, due to illiquidity.
Sure, accusations of manipulation are rife, for every speccy whose price doesn't please holders. This does not mean that it never occurs. IMO, with this company in its current stage of development, it has been, is and will be, when and for as long as, conditions suit.
