With the US election under focus, brokerage firm Macquarie has called out the likely ASX winners if Donald Trump is voted back in.
With the odds of a Trump win already high, and uncertainty over exactly what Trump and his running mate JD Vance might do, Macquarie thinks the Trump trade "is simply to overweight stocks with high US exposure".
This strategy favours names like healthcare stocks CSL and Resmed, payments player Block, gambling software developer Light and Wonder, as well as Amcor and Aristocrat.
Interesting insight from Macquarie. Considering NEU's revenue is largely from US, they would also benefit from the Trump trade??
