It is interesting because given the start of ACAD's share price recovery the gap between their market cap and NEU has grown. The FX affects has amplified this.
If that trend continues (whilst NEU remains stubborn in this range) then a heavily scrip-based deal becomes more likely in my mind. I think it is probably unlikely but if Acadia recovered towards the 5B USD mark whilst we floundered around the 1.65-1.75B ~ USD market ACAD shareholders may not mind getting diluted oblivion on the back of 2 (maybe 3) positive phase 2 indications, and a replacement to Daybue when Trof is out of marketing exclusivity down the road.
It is interesting because given the start of ACAD's share price...
