I'm starting to think that the SP is now the product of Funds and other deep pockets believing that at least one P3 for NNZ2591 is the likely path. That means time - which disposes them to take capital and place it elsewhere on the premise they have time to re-enter sometime in 2027. In the same vein, they might have sold down but not completely out, as a hedge against that option. If I'm right it's risky. I still believe: November to February is when we see an offer.
