neu share price is -38% YTD and -27% Financial YTD, almost sub AUD$2b market cap, along with the lowest close since december 23. An absolute terrible year share price wise by any metric. All this despite arguably stellar company performance. So to be clear a dog stock but not a dog company. (yes yes long timers still happy but maybe not so after a 40% haircut this year)

No disrespect to Jon but I think its a valid question. Is it time for Jon to step aside? For sure, maybe premature to be raising that question but in many cases the person required that takes a company from startup to $1b has a different skillset to the one that takes a company from $1b to $10b+. Perhaps the game has changed now that neu is in the asx200 and looking to grow towards $5b-$10b. It seems to me that whatever the company is doing it is failing dismally to sell the narrative and growth story to large investors and institutions. Maybe thats a timing thing but maybe its a leadership thing.
