You had misread the contract and come to a completely erroneous conclusion. When that was pointed out to you by a number of people who, months earlier, had the same debate, you suddenly changed your tune and banged on as if the correct interpretation had been yours all along. I see from one of your posts above that you are still flogging the same dead horse. The relevance of the current share price is that takeover premiums are expressed as a percentage thereof. You will have observed that from your careful reading of my earlier post.
